I dropped my 99 Civic Hx an inch with adjustable coilovers. Now I have a bad back end squeak. Was there something I forgot to do?

 

I've read that one cause of that may be metal to metal contact, like the spring on the top hat (if metal) or on the perch. Using a thin rubber gasket between either surface seems to eliminate metal to metal squeaks.
