and DOOR differences on a 94 2dr and a 97 dr
i recently got in a fender bender and my passenger door is kinda banged up and needs to be replaced. ive come across this good deal on a new passenger door. Problem is that im not too sure if they are any different in any way. I do remember when i was in my friends 97 4dr that when the window is rolled all the way down, there is no frame where the window stops when its rolled up. Its so that if you open the door, its more clean looking. Now if you roll down the windows on my good ol 94 and open the door, the frame to the window is still there.
Now i cant remember if it was the rear window of the 97 4dr or the front or both (i was really really drunk the last time i was in her car)
*sorry, im really sleepy and cant type worth a damn

your asking about 2 door and 4 doors? or is it a 94 2 door/coupe door and a 97 2 door/coupe door?
if your asking about the interchangeability of a coupe (2 door) and 4 door.. aren't the doors for the coupe larger/longer?
also the side mirrors are a bit diff looking.. I think they added those lines or whatever on the newer side mirrors..
assuming their both coupe/2 doors or both 4 doors... it should fit...
correct me if I'm wrong..

4 door tegs has no window sill (I think that's what they're called) on all their doors.
2 doors do, so if ur getting a new passenger door from a 4 door they wont work.
The coupe/hatchback doors are longer from front-to-back, than the sedan. That's all the help I can offer considering that the original post was very vauge...
okay, i think you guys have answered my question. Now that i've read my own question was very vague. I am looking at a door from a 97 2dr to put on my 94 2 dr. Based on responses here, it looks like when honda made the sedans, each door didnt have a window sill but coupes had them throughout 94 to 97.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
The doors on 2-door models are identical from 94-97. They changed in 98 I believe: they added an extra bar inside for crash protection. These doors are interchangeable with the 94-97's as well.
