I am in the same boat. I do know that you need to relocate the battery. I think that the intake tube goes down towards the front crossmember in the battery location?

yes and no. I know someone that made it fit, but he used a smaller battery to save weight and make more room. For the EF, I know they have a hole right under where airbox sits over. Not sure if my friend made the whole bigger, but it was going thru that same direction. With an oem sized battery, I'm not too sure if it will fit.
