I posted this in the R forum but so far no replies from them.

I recently bought the new Toda Cam gears and know how to adjust them. What I am looking for is a definite answer on how far I can safely retard/advance the stock C5 cams with a stock height head/block and OEM gasket?

I would also like a few suggestions on cam timing combos for top end (above 5000+ rpm area) I have a few I am going to try on the dyno but would a few opinions on setup.

B18C5 + VAFC + AEM shorty ram, DC JDM 4-1, B&M FPR + Toda Cam Gears: just in case you need this info
