Hey guys I did a search but came up empty (except for the godspeed Toda cam gear instructions )

I recently purchased a set of the new Toda cam gears. While I have figured out how to adjust them I would like to know what the max advance/retard adjustments are for 00 B18C5 motor with stock height head and block and OEM gasket.

Thanks for the help, and if any of you have advice on settings that worked for you on the top end, although mid range is nice I would prefer to focus on gains from 5000rpm+ Thanks
