Default Fuel Pressure sender location

Apologies if I posted in an incorrect forum...however,

should I put the sender for the fuel pressure gauge before or after the inline fuel pump? As close to the rail as possible?

Thanks,
Sebastian

You want it after the inline pump.

Reviving this ancient post ...

Installing a fuel pressure gauge and need to know the proper location for the pressure sender. Before the fuel pressure regulator? After the regulator and before the fuel rail? At the end of the fuel rail?

I want accurate measurements of fuel pressure going to the injectors, so I'm thinking end of rail? Thanks.
