Didn't you ask about this a little while ago?
The answer is yes, you can make the US rad support work with the JDM SiR hood.
All you need to do is remove the latch from the hood and slot the screw holes on the latch so the latch is closer by 1/2 inch towards the wind shield.
That is what I did in my car.
Now go do it and let us know how it went.
