FS: Mugen spec Pr3 Ecu for 88-91 b16a in civic/crx!

Mugen spec Pr3 with 4500 rpm vtec changeover and 10,000rpm rev limit. Has speed governor removed as well. $300. Shipping is available. Located in so cali.

i'm interested on the ecu. how can i tell if it's a mugen chip when i see it?

Hi it isnt an actual mugen chip. It is a mugen spec chip. The ecu with have all the changes i mention such as lower vtec and higher redline.
