I have a 91 CRX with a 96 B18B1 using HASport billet mounts. The placement of the motor is really close to the radiator. I built the car and gave it to my fiance and she wants to put the A/C back in using the HASport mount. With the A/C fan in, the LS exhaust manifold is really close to the fan - I would say only about 1/2" away. I wanted to go with a DC Sports 4-1 stainless steel header but I'm not sure if it will clear the fan. I was just wondering if anyone has a similar setup and which header you are using.

 

The best header for your situation is the GSR DC 4-2-1 two piece header.
it will clear the AC fan and its a good performance header.
i had that one until I went with a Type R JDM DC 4-1 header. There is no way to fit the AC fan without having to cut the fan shroud.
