Default springs

Got an 00 R... Did a search came up with nothing came up. car... I have ground control coilovers on there right now.. but doing track events next summer, so i wanna know would springs be better than my coilovers

If you want something better go with true coilovers.... just need to spend a lil more. Usually springs are for looks and street driving.

a lot of guys told me H&R springs.. Or Neuspeeds are good for the track?

I know H & R are famous for races in Europe and stuff, not sure about the other other though, I think some guys on the forum tend to think Neuspeeds as a cheapo brand though.
