Default 4th Gen Short Shifter

I was looking at maybe buying one today before a test and tune day @ the local dragstrip Sat. Does anyone have one of these installed? Its an adapter type, not a whole new arm. How do they feel/perform vs. stock??? Thanks for the info.

Jay-

ive had my B&M installed for about 2 weeks now, i love it, no problems getting into gears... it feels tighter than stock and about 30% shorter (2.5" throw versus stock 3.5" 1st to 2nd gear)
