Need Help Unsure
I have a 96 Honda Accord with 2.2L SOHC F22B1 engine, Not sure if i should change out the engine for a H22 or keep my engine and finda super change or tubro charge but i can't find any one that makes one for the F22B1 I would like to do the H22 and super charger but the money is the problem, So my question's are what would be better F22B1 super charge or tubro charge or just the H22? Then who makes a tubro or super charger for the F22B1? If so one can help my would be great.
first off there is no super charger made for an accord so if you were to try and do this it will have to be a custom made kit number 2 drag and fmaxx both make turbo kits a h22 in an accord is cool but as far as money is concernd i think you will be better turboing stock accord motor, when you do a swap you should replace belts and hoses as well as clutch (my opinion) so lets talk realistic say you get the swap for 2800 shipped you get installed for 1000 plus belts hoses and cutch and anything else you might need depending on shap of motor your looking at about 5 grand a turbo kit you will be just as fast in my opinion if not faster then a bone stock h22.. and a turbo kit is only about 3400
