Default Brakes act warped when cold but not when hot?

I have a 1995 Si with NSX calipers and lately the wheel shudders quite badly when I use the brakes. I don't have to hit them hard, either. It happens when I brake slowly as well as when I mash them. I would normally assume that this would mean a warped rotor or two but it confuses me because the sudder seems to diminish after driving for a bit. I'm going to try bleeding the system again but I thought I'd take up some space on here for a while, too. If anyone has some sage advice I would be grateful. Thanks, elliott

I've only had them on the car for about 6 months. There is plenty of pad left and everything was new at the time of installation. Could they wear that quickly? I've never raced on a track and I've only really used them hard a handfull of times. Thanks again.
