Default f22b dohc water pump

i need to know from anyone who has knowledge of the f22b twin cam engine, which parts are interchangeable between the motor and us parts. for example the timing belt is the same timing belt for a gs-r or type r, alternator is an accord or a prelude unit, and the power steering unit too what is the usdm counter part. i want to change my timing belt but i want to change the water pump out as well, along with the seals(how many seals are there 1 or 2). any help is apreciated. or if anybody knows of a shop that has worked with this motor previously thanks
