I probably can give it a shot. I did that recently to retrieve a lock cylinder that fell inside *grrrrrrr*
On the inside door latch, pry off the screw cover and unscrew the one or two screws there. Pry the latch trim back, you'll see a small metal rod connected to the latch via a plastic clip piece. Remove the clip piece from the latch. I broke the piece doing this and had to get a new one from Canadian Tire, feh.
With that off, there was another silver screw holding a bracket to the door, remove that screw. Then, there are two or 3 screw covers on the trim (one you have to open the door for, one in the map/garbage rests thing). Remove them.
You now have to pry off the plastic clips all around the door trim. There are like 2 on the front and back, and like 91873982374 on the bottom (more like 7). I used a long screwdriver to pry them off by leveraging in the general area of each, but you could probably even use your hands.
Then, just lift the trim up and off. There's plastic all around the door, peel back the plastic and use a razor to separate it from the adhesive.
I've left out one part, the window control mechanism. That's because my car has no power windows, and my repair manual is in the car. I'm sure someone can fill in that one missing part, or you can just figure it out.
