I have a 92 civic vx with a jdm b16. My car won't start unless i leave my key at the on position for a minute until i hear a strange sound like a fuel relief(pizzzZZ) then i can start it.
what is the problem.? is it the fuel pump didn't pump enough fuel?
please help.

 

it might be your fuel system, check your fuel filter to see if it's broken or anything because it should start sending fuel when you click the key 2x (when the lights such as engine, seat belt, etc in your cluster comes on). then the third key click should start the engine. good luck
