Clutch cable ... which one for ZC and how much? HELP!
Yep, this is just another boring tech question. The clutch cable on my ZC seems to be pretty worn out, and since I have some extra money I figured I'd pick up a new clutch cable now. My engine: ZC w/ ZC tranny my car: 91 CRX DX... so when ordering a new clutch cable which vehicle do i ask for? 89 teg? 91 CRX? Also, about how much will one of these run me? How hard is the install? Thanks for any help guys, its much appreciated!
Merry christmas too!

Yea, thats what I was thinking... how hard is the install? Are these cables pretty expensive? Thank you very much!!
I used a stock Si cable on my '91 Si with a dohc ZC, and it fit no problem.
The engine I received still had the remains of the JDM cable running
across the front of the valve cover, but the Si cable was too short to go this
route (although I don't know why a right hand drive car would have the cable
crossing the engine, since the transmission and clutch arm are on the same
side as the pedal set; It may indeed have been a different cable, but it looked
exactly the same as the new clutch cable, and besides, what else would it be?).
Anyways, I routed the cable along the back of the valve cover, and it all worked
out fine. Install is not that bad, just follow the factory manual as there are two
areas to adjust, one at the pedal set and the other at the clutch arm on the
transmission, and you may not need to do the pedal set adjustment.
good luck
