passing smog.

Well I gotta smog this year and I'm wondering if I can leave my CAI and exhaust and pass.

I have my ghetto intake in my 90' beater and it passed without problem.
dont know about muffler tho'

if you haven't removed your catalytic convertor and have no headers, then yes, you will pass the emmisions part for sure in a regular smog-check.

If you have non-carb legal headers (perhaps the intake too) and have to go to a test-only station, then you will probably fail the visual test.
