whats up i have a 90 dx hatch. i have my gsr sitting in the engine bay right now and the hood is hitting the valve cover. what are some good options beside buying new hood? i am also using hasport mounts

have you tried cutting the webbing away?

 

i have known a couple of people to run into this problem. some have conquered it so to speak in many ways.

1 guy went hoodless
1 guy cut a hole in his hood, and grafted a cowl style pop up
1 guy bought a hood designed for this swap from kaminari, or how ever you spell it
the last guy found some ghetto mounts it lowered the engine. needless to say he went over one 2 many bumps, and his motor was toast.
