will a hf manifold work on b-series block for turbocharging

i'm using a crx hf manifold to possibly turbocharge a b16. is possible that this manifold will work for me?

It will work. It will be a pain in the *** to make it work. It will probably not flow as well as your more expensive options.

why would it be a pain in the ***? because an adapter plate is needed or getting the manifold to bolt up to the * head *?
