Default JDM H22 pistons in an H23?

I was looking around Preludeonline.com and they were discussing this in their post.
Apparently it might be a worthwhile modification if its done right
i was wondering what some of your opinions are.

It'll work. The h22 piston tolerances are still within the h23s.

I don't really think there's any way to fight it....no matter how much fiel you dump, the octane just will not be high enough to handle 12+ compression
