Aftermarket engine mounts needed?
I'm not doing a swap or anything, this is for my stock D16a6 in my Si. My front engine mount is shot from a collision, and the right engine mount (which I took out last night to get at the timing belt) is pretty shot too. I was just going to get a couple stock Honda replacements but then I thought maybe I should just replace all of them, and maybe with something better. This car is being built for road-racing, not drag, with pretty much stock engine internals, nothing powerful. Are there advantages to upgrading to better afermarket mounts, or should I just stick with the stock stuff? Would replacing 2 new ones and leaving the rear and left one be bad too?
Thanks

energy susp. polyurethane engine mounts inserts---available for cheap at http://www.suspension.com these will eliminate unwanted engine movement due to old rubber.
Heard nothing but good stories about ES bushings... except that they wouldn't fit my D16A6 mounts!!!
I use the ES ones on my D16a6 works very well.
err so which is it? this is for my d16a6, 1990 si too...
