Does anyone know if the gearing ratio is the same on a civic type r and integra type r and if a civic type r tranny would fit on an integra?

 

I think that the Civic Type-R tranny is the same thing, but not to sure.

if it is, the gear rations will be the same on both the CTR and ITR

 

CTR will have the same gear ratios as the JDM ITR tranny (same tranny)..but USDM ITR gears are a little different...

 

Any B-Series tranny will bolt up to any B-Series block.

A JDM CTR tranny has the same ratios as a 98+ USDM ITR tranny and 96-97 JDM ITR tranny. The 98+ JDM ITR tranny has a different 4th, 5th gear, and final drive.
