for those running koni's with threaded sleeves, do you have the sleeve sitting in the koni spring perch, or just on the clip that the spring perch would sit on?

also, at the risk of soundling like a n00b, which end is up on carrera sleeves? is the top the end that has the smooth finish, or should the top be the end that is threaded.....i think it's the first choice......

 

Don't have Koni's anymore but I always ran them snap ring, snap ring locking ring then sleeve.
Makes more sense with the threaded end up, smooth end down. Look here;
