Default Header Flange Gasket..

Can someone please let me know, if there is a gasket that goes from the B-Pipe (header) to the Cat Converter? It's most likely called the exhaust flange gasket but I'm not sure... I need to know because I just took my header off, and there's not a thin sheet of gasket between the header to the cat... is one suppsoed to be there? Thx!

At any point in the exhaust where a flange meets another flange there is a gasket, whether its a donut or a flat gasket, to prevent an exhaust leak.

yes it was leaking air, so i took off my header and found only one thick gasket. i was wondering if there should be a thin gasket also, but eventually i found out where the downpipe meets the cat, there is only a donut gasket.

thanks for the help
