what am i looking at the bubble in the bumper? or under the right side tail light ?
it looks ok to me maybe it is worse in purpose .

notice how low, the mid section of the bumper is, and notice, how on the left, that little piece of metal is crooked...

just do it ur self just bend the metal bracket under the bumper up and just bend the thing under the tail light up.
