how do u fix a cracked front kit???
I have a front kit which is cracked if few places. i do not know what type of material it is made out of. i need to fix it and cut few places to fit it in my del sol. it was on a 96 del sol but had an accident and few places got cracked. if anyone knows how i could tell what type of material it is and how i could fix it, please help!!!!!! and oh yeah the kit does not fit in my car which is 93 del sol. is there a difference between 96 and 93 del sol bumper???

Does the 96 deLsLow bumper have the aux lights in the front? if so then its the same as the 93. As for repairing the damage, mostlikely its fiberglass since u said it cracked. If you have no clue about bodywork, which i believe you dont since you dont know what its made out of, then id let a body shop do it. heres a quick DIY
1.) cover the area with fiberglass/ kitty hair
2.) sand it down with either 40 or 80 grit until it looks close to how it suppose to
3.) after fiberglass lay bondo over it.
4.) sand bondo down until it looks right
5.) prime
6.) wetsand
7.) spray
thats some quick step. too tired to type every detail. you get the idea

pretty much do what ^^^ said. I would talk to a body or paint guy and they can tell/show you some technics to mixing filler and applying it properly. fiberglass repair can be really simple, just do it right.

If there is going to be too much labor to fix, find a replacement. You should be able to pick up a cheap fiberglass front for not a lot of $.
