What is the difference between these CAI's??

My girlfriend has a '01 civic ex. I accidently ordered a AEM CAI for a '00 civic from coximport.com. I have two questions:

1. What is the difference between the CAI for a '00 ex and the one for a '01 ex?

2. Coximport has a kit for a '01 ex but they say it is only for a m/t and hers is a auto. What is different about the kit for an m/t and auto?

The 01+ civic are different from the 96-00. The reason they have differ one for the manual and auto is because the auto tranny is fatter and get's in the way. My friend (he has a 01 civic) had this problem when the shop ordered him the wrong intake.
