odd, i've heard of RIGID way before CARBING came out with their bar. structure looks the same and probably is made by the same company, just with a different badge. HTH

 

Yes... this bar is made by Okuyama/Carbing and repainted yellow for RIGID. I believe the RIGID bar is only offered in steel whereas the Carbing one is offered in aluminum as well. I just got my Carbing Bar and it is very nice.
