If so whats different?

Seems like in the CRX you sit lower.

Is the dash different?

The two dashes are totally different in design.

Also, the CRX comes standard with a center console. And if it's an Si, it has CRX stitched into the door panels.

CRX's also usually come with electronic climate controls, versus the Civic's cable ones. (At least on '90-'91's I think?) Someone will correct me if I'm wrong on the years.

All of the parts are pretty much interchangeable, just are different cosmetic. CRX dash fits nicely in a hatch, and IMO is a nice upgrade.
