Skunk 2 Intake Manifold

Just out of curiousity does anyone know if the Skunk 2 Intake Manifold for the 1988 - 2000 Honda Civic will fit on the D16Y7?

I'm just going by what the Skunk 2 Website says.

"Honda Civic, CRX, Del Sol 1988-2000 D16A-Z SOHC 307-05-2270 TBA"

It should fit any D series engine.

But it says it's for the D16A, and D16Z engines which are SOHC VTEC. So wouldn't I need the Y8 Head to purchase the Skunk 2 Intake Manifold?

D16A's are from the 88-91 civics. non-vtec
