Where can you get the plastic housings for the Philips LVQ-212 ballasts?

Where can you get the plastic housings for the Philips LVQ-212 ballasts?
On my first set of HID's, the ballasts came with these black, plastic weather housings that had mounting holes in them. The kit I want to get now doesn't have these, and I can't find them anywhere. Any ideas?
