i believe that's correct...

any parts that will upgrade cars' performance...

-intake
-lowering
-exhaust... etc....etc....

So would that include performance tires? How about snow tires and chains? Isn't that aftermarket too?

I don't think that bill would pass in Ontario, because there is a large aftermarket business there, called "canadian tire" and if memory serves me correctly, they sell aftermarket wheels, tires, parts, etc.......
