Lazy turn signal.
My '94 Honda Accord turn signals get lazy when the weather turns cold near 32 degrees. I turn them on and they won't start flashing for 10 or 15 seconds. They work fine in warmer temperatures. I replaced the flasher a week ago and the new flasher does the same way. All light bulbs are good. Thanks for any help.

Chiovnidca may be right but I have read that it is also possible that the bulb may have too high voltage rating. Once a little current passes through the bulb and warms it up a bit the bulb element resistance drops. This in turn reduces the IR drop in the circuit, the flasher sees a higher voltage, and the flasher speeds up. Bulb resistance is really temperature sensitive. The lower the temp the higher the resistance. Once they warm up they are OK.
Just my theory. I have yet to verify it experimentally. Let me know if you work it out. I have seen several other people post with the same problem. A new flasher for the 97 Accord is about $30. New bulbs are about $2.
