Default rear defroster

the electrode lines on my 90 CRX hatch glass seem damaged because when i turn the rear defroster on, only maybe three lines start defogging.

how can you fix this?

i've seen little defroster line repair kits. check out some automotive stores, its almost like a copper paint and you just tape off around the line, paint this stuff on where the line is broken and peel the tape off when its dry. I've never used it although i've heard that it works pretty good if a broken line thing is your problem.

I saw it at the automotive parts store I work at. they probably have them some places around you too. look around for Carquest, or look it up in your phone book. I'm in canada, but I'm positive they have them all over the states too.
actullay at work today I was looking at it and thought of this post on H-T, lol.

check the connection where the rear wing mounts and the wires go into the car or even the plugs on either side of the rear window. and yes i have seen them at farm and fleet i think.
