What is the cam braket tightening sequence for a b18c?

is that for tightening and loosening???? or woukld you do the opposite for loosening??? and does anyone know what I torque the bolts down to?

Same sequence as tightening.
Top to bottom. Inside-out.
20 lb*ft for the 12mm bolts (10 total)
7.2 lb*ft for the 10mm bolts (4 total)
