I cant think of what size exhaust I need to run. I have heard 2.5 would be a good size so I went and bought a 2.5" in/out carsound cat. But now that I am about to have my exhaust redone I am wondering if its not gonna be too big for my aplication....

I plan on building my engine for all motor...and eventually going ITB's and big cams.....what do ya think?

Assuming this is for an H22A motor you would want 2.5'' at the least. It wouldn't even hurt to go slightly larger if you're as serious as you say, but a low restriction 2.5'' system should serve you pretty well.

 

Yeah I got an h22 civic...I just wasnt sure what the h22's liked and I already bought a cat. so I was just curious before I go out and spend a couple hundred for exhaust.
