Default Some noise when I turn: Any ideas?

When I back out of my garage and have to turn slow, I hear some noise. It sounds like a dog crying, not metal grinding and not a click click sound.

I checked underneath, the boot is ok. Any ideas on what could this be?

TIA

Are you hearing the noise from turning the steering rack, or from putting the car in reverse and moving backwards?

Oww, doesn't that hurt? Stop inflicting self mutilation, please.

Don't worry... we're all human.
