then if the cc's of a 2003 civic gx are 1668 what would i have to do to the blockto get them to work?

also the bore and stroke of a gx motor = 75x94.4
what are the numbers for the d16z6?

will these pistons even work?

You're talking about a 7th gen engine. I think the engine code is D17, but I'm not sure if you can swap parts over.
