Yes, the US corner lenses fit the JDM liights, you can use your 88-91 corner lenses.

Along with the hood and bumper you will need a JDM radiator support. Oh and you can use the USDM corners if you use the USDM fenders otherwise its the JDM corners with the JDM fenders

The wings west bumper wont fit perfect to begin with, but if your handy with body work or have enough $$$ im sure it can be done and it doesnt look like it would be that much work.
