should I sell my K1 look alikes and get 15" rota GroupN's in black/red with 205/50/15 Falcon Azenis? My wheels now are 16x7 with 215/45/16 Yoko Parada Spec 2.

Are you asking for opinions, or telling us? I think you should do what you want to do.

 

Which do you like better? I'd say forget the Azenis unless you plan to auto-x/road race. I personally would stick with the 16s simply because you already have them. Wait to change wheels until you have a need (i.e. bent rim, tires are gone and want to get new wheels/tires). Spend the $ on a new engine, you can get a D16A6 for ~$200-$300 (since you say 62hp sucks)
