are the jdm recaros heavy? as compared to the us version srd? thanks

 

I know that a Black JDM ITR Recaro is a lot lighter than a stock GSR seat..
I would imagine that a USDM recaro, in the same shape, would be roughly the same weight too, wouldn't you?

 

thats what i wa wondering, if they were lighter cause im getting some in my car and did not want too add weight. also o they hug you pretty good? i know there not no race bucket.

 

They are pretty snug but not a total pain to get in and out of like some other seats with high sides.
Its uncomfortable for me to have my wallet in my back pocket while sitting in them to give you an idea how snug.
