4-500 keep your eye out here on H-T.

Although price may go up because a lot of people are looking for them.

How many miles? Average price I see is $700, full swap. I've seen some with 30k on them go for $1500, full swap...axels, linkage, engine, tranny, un-cut harness, all sensors, alt., dist., both manifolds, ecu, etc.

Kinda depends on how bad someone may want a motor in some cases.

I paid $500 for complete Z6 swap over 3 years ago, it only had 50,000 miles on it.

I did already have the P28 ECU.

I'm looking for the same swap myself, my motor blew and I need a quick replacement, cheapest I've seen $650 shipped.

Yup....all the "luxury features" on the Si (sunroof, etc) make it pretty heavy!

I just sold mine for 700 the guy came to get it and I gave him the AEM CAI, and dc sport 4-2-1 header with it as well. I see them go for 500 and up. I thought 500 was typical. Mine has 91K miles on it when I sold it. I thought I was selling it for a great price still do but seems some guys buy them for even more!

Oh yea by the way I meant the whole car. Not just the engine. However it would be nice to have an Extra engine to rebuid!

300lbs is ALOT of weight savings. Its well worth the effort to swap it over into a CX chassis from an Si chassis. Ask Tom(B18C5 - EH2).
