I think theres a big *** discussion on it... I'm getting the B2's.. I want th HA but the noy longer make them for DC2.. only person that can get them is charging 1000 for them. I tink the HA is only discontinued from the DC2

HA's only discontinued in the US. They still sell them in Japan.

I think Zeal B6 (rather than B2) is more comparable to Tein HA/SS.

anyone have experience with RE's?
I was looking through the Tein web site and it shows the RA's for Rally application and the RE's for circuit racing... I was wondering if someone with some experience with them could explain the difference.

ha ha, with the funds I have...riiight.

Basically this is what I'm looking at.

There is someone selling a set of used HAs with pillow mounts for $900.

My friend has a set of brand new B2's for $1000.

I've heard that HAs are better than the B2's... but then again, they are used.

I think I'm pretty set on the HA's, but it's always nice to have opinions.

If the HAs are in good condition, go with those over the B2.

Dont have any experience with the B2s (although I do think Zeal is ) but I can tell you I am *very* happy with my HAs that I bought used recently. Great response and feel w/o a punishing ride at all.

My HA's are finally worn down after two years of track and street use. I would definitely recommend as they preform very well for both uses. Just get some stiffer springs as the 8 and 6 stock combo was not high enough to prevent the subframe tear from my skunk2 swaybar. Also, HA's are steel so they will rust if you drive them in the winter in an area that uses salt. I also cracked the collars from the dirt and salt as well this year.

Does anyone here know how much tein charges to revalve the HA's? If it is even half the price of the HA"s then I think I would rather get some new ones. May be Zeal or JIC.

RE`s are sick. I drove an EG for two months that gad them. They were even pretty decent around town and on the freeway.

I had HAs and I loved them. I haven't had much experience with B2s...so, I really don't know that much.

Selling the hatch so I can go to school. Picking up a 92-95 so I can still have fun

Its pretty stiff, but I dont mind too much because I do not drive my car everyday. I usually have the settings at 7 front and 10 rear, but at the lower settings I dont think that it is too stiff for longer trips. Overall I am very happy.
