Default Wheel question?

I found a set of wheels that i really like they're 17x7 with a 38mm offset. Will i run into any problems with these wheels? I'm also planning on doing a set of zeal b2's at the same time so the car will be dropped. Will i be rubbing or will this set up work alright? Thanks in advance

I've run pretty much the same setup using 205x40x17 A520's, which had a square shoulder, and was lowered with H&R springs, roughly 1.5" lower, and had no rubbing or clearance issues.
However, I seem to have noticed more camber wear on the fronts with 17's, than when running 15's or 16's.
