I want this for my track car :-)
The lip or the Viper?
Edit: I thought you meant for your existing Honda track car.
BTW what is up with the hardtop Viper? I thought they only had a roadster. Looks really good, though.

That's the prototype GTSR that they had around the autoshow circuit around 2 years ago. Follow the link below for some photo's I took of it:

I never have been a fan of big displcement push rod powered cars, but the C5 Vette and the Viper are both stellar machines. It is too bad there hasn't been any1 running a Viper in WC GT since Bobby Archer left in 99 (or what it 00?).

Honda track cars aren't my thing unless they are the 80cc shifter kind.
vipers are nice but don't really think there good for track ... i've seen them in the le mans and man does the C5 and S7 smoke that thing like nothing... there good for 1/4 probably... imagine on the auto-x course busting dohnuts on every turn with street tires
... if i had money for a viper i'd get a ZO6 or a M3... now those 2 are great track cars... just my 2 cents

When DCX stopped giving money to Oreca, they stopped giving money to anyone running a Viper. What you saw at the ALMS races was essentially a 4 year old car running against new race cars. Hard to keep up, especially when Saleen "bends" the rules and comes out with a tube frame racecar.
nissan is supposedly releasing a race ready version of the new Z that weighs 2400 lbs with 450hp to run at le mans, alms, etc. they are also going to be selling it for $75k.
there was a picture/blurb of it in either c&d or r&t, but i can't find it online.
