The correct bolt pattern is indeed 5 x 114.3 and the Motegi box will have the correct info. You are going to use an 18x7.5 which is OK, but the offset may be a tiny issue- Before you drive off the rack or even mount the tires-make sure that the wheels do clear when you turn from side to side.
well i plan on going with a ground control/koni yellow combination for my drop would that rub??? and do they even make motegi mr7's with a 48+ offset??? if so can you tell me where and for a good price thanks!
..be ajerk, but if you go w/ 35 series tires, your ride will suck ***! Also, an 18*7.5 wheel is huge, for a front wheel drive car, and will adversly effect your cars performance; e.g. handling and acceleration.
Also, think of the replacement cost of tires, have you looked into how much decent 18 inch tires are? I think you should rethink your purchase, honestly.

so how about if i go with 17's would it be the same offset or will those rub too???
I'm thinking you could just get 5mm wheel spacers...

...as my 'street wheels' 17x7 volk gtn's w/ a +45mm offset, and a 215 45 17 tire. the difference b/w the stock rolling diameter and the current one is ~ 2.3% per this tire calculator.
Youll be fine w/ the 215 45 17 setup on a 17*7 and a +45mm offset. Remember the larger the +offset number is, the more inward the wheel is.
