my friend has an SH, he's in the market for shocks, inlinefour.com has the tokico blues, but it only has them for the non SH lude, do they make tokicos for SH's? if so, where can they be purchased? if not, what can he use?

 

i doubt it, i think koni makes them for the SH's but you'll need special springs like neuspeed or somethin. how much he willing to spend? if he has some money go for real coilovers.

Ive heard the reason the shocks are different is because of the spring perch, so you have to get different springs that non SH, that true? that being that case, my friends gonna put in coil overs at the same time, so can't he just get non-SH shocks and non-SH coilovers?

 

i wouldnt put on spring that aint made for an SH. i'm talking about safety reasons. i think it is because of the spring perch. i was gonna go with koni's once, they told me i would need adapter rings so the spring would sit right on the perch. i still have the adapter rings, never used along with used VIS racing gen2 coilovers. i'll sell em real cheap if anyone wants it.
