Offseason Maintenance?
So what things need to be checked and maintained yearly on a track car?
And what do you do?
Im planning on a compression and leakdown test.
any other tests I should do?
Just changed the gear oil (i do so every 5k call me wierd)
What else? any suspension components that should be checked?
anything to look for in the brakes?
Anything else for the motor?

Mostly the standard stuff you do to your street car every year:
Set the valves, replace the points, rotor and distributor cap, replace the plugs and wires, set the timing, balance and set the carbs, check the u-joints, replace the water pump, replace the belts, replace the heater valve, replace the tranny oil, replace the diff oil...
...Oh, sorry, that's annual maintenance for my MG.
Might be a good idea to wash the wheels very well and look for cracks on the inside.

Change:
engine oil
tranny fluid
diff oil
brake fluid
plugs
dist cap and rotor
air filter
fuel filter
oil filter
coolant
Check (and lube if applicable):
brake line
brake pads
brake calipers
brake MC
tie rod ends
ball joints
axle/hub bearings
rubber fuel lines (esp any that are exposed under car)
coolant lines (don't forget heater coil)
wheels (check for cracks, they are a wear item on track cars)
Stuff to think about:
clean/blueprint injectors (rebuild carb)
check fuel pressure
compression/leakdown test

My own plan:
- Alignment. Never got one all season. That was dumb.
- Rebuild or replace brake calipers.
- Wrench check on entire suspension. Regrease bushings.
- Change tranny fluid. I do this...not very often
- Leakdown test. Already did a compression, the numbers were surprisingly good.
- Spark plugs
- Check plug wires' resistance, replace if needed
- Cap and rotor
- adjust valve clearance
- Start it up once a week to let it know I still care
