Default DS3000 pads.... Stupid question

I plan on taking a long trip in the R. I usually run stock pads, but didn't have time to get pick some up. Is it bad to keep the race pads on the car for a 600 mile trip?

Bad in what way?

-cold stoping power will suck
-the pads will wear faster
-the rotors will wear faster
-the wheels will be dusty as all get out

When the DS3000 is not in optimal temperature (street/highway driving), it would leave some grooves in the rotors. The dust would also be heavier.

I left my Hawk Blues on for a few weeks after a track day. Daily driving stopping power sucked, and the dust actually rusted on the side of my car and was a PITA to get off The pads definitely chewed up my rotors too.

I intend to run mine all spring and summer long, until winter. I love those things. Every 3 days, I will take 1 minute to wipe the wheels off with windex, problem solved.
